I don’t think he is as good as he used to be, but I still think he is the best mystic in the game. It’s just none of them will be doing what he does throughout the game, acts 5-8
Easy to play, insane power control and overall control over the fight, really solid damage, armor break immune, access to stagger and nullify, and just so much stuff
Absorbing man is hard to play so it is much easier just focusing on the node and doing the cycle with doom instead of worrying about the playstyle and node in endgame acts.
Although Doom is an awesome champ to play i enjoy playing with my Claire Voyant alot she is so adaptive and can counter nodes rly well and the fact she has 3 different immunities makes her even more of a big deal as she can counter annoying nodes as well
He would be so much better if i could actually pull him, id love him as a 6* but at this point id be glad with a 5, considering the fact that I dont have him at any rarity
Just spent a few mins on a damn 2* arena…and got Doom with the 6* shards!! Adding him to Rintrah, Abs Man, Juggs, Tigra, Wiccan and America…thinking Mystic is back to being my best class!! I’ll need to get me a Torch to get Science back on top for me!!
The way he controls the fight after the first sp3 is still Unmatched by anyone in the game. Still a no brainer rank up for anyone. And he is still used in basically every game mode
would love to see a spidey 2099 video since i think many people mistakenly think quicksilver can power control like he does since spideys wither and heavies control power way better
I can totaly agree there. Doom is the best mystic. And from his damage, he is still extremel, good. But you are also right with Tigra. I own Doom as my first (and only) 6* r4 while my Tigra is a maxed 5*. She is still faster, at killing then Doom.
I feel like Dr Doom is a champ you would have on the bench until you find out that your A Team or B Team members can’t take on a certain node or boss. I love Dr Doom as a champ but lately I’ve been branching out my champion use other than Doom.
Voodoo don't come close too Magik when it comes too Power Control, 1sp2 the games basically over... Dash back, 3/4 hit combos, hit sp2 repeat it's jus so simple plus passive damage almost constantly on through Limbo.
Hey dude man i need help Im currently Proven and im trying to get a 5* Doctor Doom but the last time i opened a basic And a science/mystic crystal, neither of them had him and im starting to lose hope
@@markozerdin9784 He is currently proven so it isn't good to always open dual crystals there a lot of great champs in basic with high percent as a whole I got my Doctor Doom from a basic ☺
Dude you put it perfect together why Doom is still so OP and the Top Mystic. But honestly...He is so boring to play. All these players who put Doom in every questing Team are just this Kind of "save play" guys. They never learn to use other mystic well enough because they use Doom for everything. So so sad!! I got a R5 Hood and I LOVE TO PLAY HIM. SO MUCH FUN 😊 and then R4 Doom, Diablo, Absorbing, Rintrah, Tigra and maybe more. Don't know yet 😅 BUT when ever i can then i only ude Doom if his control is needed and neutralize is not the way to go because AR, per example. I like to play Hood, Tigra, Diablo and Rintrah way more then Doom but as i said there are a lot of Fights where Doom is just the best Option. I like to use Doom and Diablo together. Cool synergy for Doom. I could do, right now, a R5 Mystic and all my mates tell me take Doom. But atm for me he is fine R4. I only got Wong as 7* in Mystic. Hope to get another good 7* Mystic. Then i eould rattert do a R2 7* instead of R5 a 6* Doom you know^^ Anyway I'M ALL IN with your opinion ❤ good video
I'd say abs man is just a few notch better in damage dealing and resistances. Doom is great in controlling the power hence controlling the fight. But if abs man have some kind of nullification ability, he's gonna be miles ahead
Him being the reason that so many cosmics have power/buff immunities is a testament to his might.
He is not just on top of mystic class, but of all classes
My first 6* rank 4 and don't regret to put a Mystic A. Gem on him.... Been my MVP for such a long time, love this guy.

I still think Absorbing Man is the best mystic
Absorbing man is hard to play so it is much easier just focusing on the node and doing the cycle with doom instead of worrying about the playstyle and node in endgame acts.
