Food Mela : Teatime Snacks

Coffee is trending in South Africa - but in India tea still reigns supreme - and tea breaks are something of a social ritual that are enjoyed no matter how hectic the schedule may be. This inspired Mela’s resident chef Yudhika Sujanani to prepare tasty teatime snacks of curried chicken pie, bhajia and fig Swiss roll before boiling the kettle.
