She based her execution on more a Continental method where as we as parle to genuine traditional methods of execution. Further, Mela is in JHB and cooking methods here differ from Natal, some of us try and hold on to our ancient cooking methods handed down by our forefathers and yes...there is a distinct difference. I tried the lemon rice yesterday. It was really delicious and a hit with the family. I made my style of prawn chutney though and added tamarind in it.

U check what skin she got..ayuvedic skin that got no unnecessary seasoning, so white and all..not one blemish man even her hair went Madras brown
That crab curry was very very quick.. I don't think that's the right way to make it
