Air Fryer Biscuit Sandwiches: Split flaky layer biscuit in half, add meat & cheese to the middle, brush with melted butter and seasonings, air fry at 360 degrees for 8 minutes flipping halfway through.
Pizza Bombs: Press middle of biscuit down a little, add sauce, toppings & cheese, fold dough over itself to create a small ball with the seams sealed and place down on air fryer tray, brush with melted butter and seasonings, air fry at 360 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

Pillsbury Cornbread Swirls are great to put in a muffin tin, molded to a cup shape and filled with leftover chili and bake according to the package directions.

I love thr everything bagel seasoni. My son thinks it's to salty. But I found that Mrs. Dash had one except the salf for the peeps that don't need the extra salt.😊
All these recipes look good. For a different appearance on those pizza balls you could fold in half and seal they could be mini calzones. Thanks, I have canned biscuits in the fridge right now.

Hi Mel! Yes ma'am, I always have canned biscuits on hand. Oh my goodness, the bubble up bake looks delicious! I know the french fried onions added great flavor. Never thought to use biscuits as the bread for cheeseburgers. What a great idea. Those sandwiches and pizza bombs look yummy and a perfect quick lunch. Thanks, as always, for inspiring me. Hey Mel! I love all your videos. Your meals are yummy but I find your cooking relaxing and fun. I have your same air fryer and I found if you use the solid pan that sits lower in the air fryer the tops don't get so brown! I use the basket one only if I am doing fries or frozen chicken strips you need to get crispy!! Please keep your recipes and videos coming! ❤

I used my ninja and it is awesome. I made chicken thighs and potatoes with onions. Cooked it up in slow cooker perfectly.
You're so welcomed and I'm SO HAPPY that you're loving your Ninja. And I did fry hamburgers in mine this week and HARDLY NO GREASE popped out. Just a few little drops on the edge of the cooker and just wiped right off much easier than cleaning a greasy stovetop 👍🏼

Hi Mel, love your recipes. When making the baby rays bbq chicken, you mentioned getting all of the bbq sauce out of the bottle. I poured the apple cider vinegar in the bottle and shook it up then poured it in the crock pot got every drop!

I make what I call pizza rollers with homemade dough with garlic parmesan and pizza topper cooked in. If you flatten the circles, it is easier to put them together without stuff coming out.

Honey, next week is ALL air fryer, from the basics to full on dinners and sides! These fries were Walmart brand seasoned fries and I follow the instructions on the bag but I've found that spraying them lightly with some cooking oil spray before air frying makes all the difference. They get browner, crisper, and I like to sprinkle some seasonings on them myself too and it helps them stick.

MommaMel, can you suggest what to use in place of sour cream in your recipes? My husband doesn’t like it or cream cheese and I would love to try some of your recipes that call for them. That's so funny that you said this, I just filmed a recipe this week and said you can use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream but I don't like it 🤣 you can also use mayo or cottage cheese in place of sour cream. But if he don't like sour cream he might like it. You can also use those in place of cream cheese, too. Hi Mel! Sorry to ask this question on this video, but I figured the most recent video might get a quicker response…
I am fairly new to using a crockpot… I think you and I talked about the giant chicken breasts from Costco. Well, I put two of them in the crockpot with some cream of chicken soup and I actually added some water because I put a little bit of rice in there too and it cooked for four hours on high… and it’s seems like it’s done… I tried shredding the chicken with two forks and it broke off more into chunks than actual shreds… And when I ate a bite, the chicken was very chewy and tough. I’m wondering is it overcooked or undercooked. I didn’t see any raw chicken (I forgot to use my thermometer) but anyway have you ever had that kind of frozen chicken come out kind of tough and chewy after four hours on high?

I have a suggestion for you. If you don't put the foil on your pan it will work better. Because with the foil you are blocking the air flow.

I rarely buy canned biscuits....could I do this with homemade biscuit dough ya think?
I would definitely give it a try, maybe try it first with the pizza bombs or little deli meat sandwiches with a little left over dough next time you are making biscuits. I would hate for you to waste a bunch of ingredients if it doesn't work out well with home made dough. Let me know if you try it and how it turns out. Thanks so much for watching ❤️ 😊
I made some pizza monkey bread with drop biscuit dough. It worked. I made certain to roll each piece of dough in some cheese before dropping it in the pan. Next time I'll use more sauce! I also love to use drop biscuits to top a chicken pot pie.
I read that people are using biscuit dough in cupcake pans to make DIY Little Caesar's Crazy puffs.
(I made some with pizza dough, and they were a big hit.) I think for shaping them into a cupcake tin, you'd want to use rolled biscuit dough rather than the stickier drop biscuit dough.
Good luck. I don't buy those canned biscuits anymore. They got so expensive, and since I've retired, I have to cut back on the budget.

I would say 350 for about 14-16 minutes (about what it would be just to bake the biscuits) hope youe enjoy them❤️😊
