I had 7 children I did a mommy makeover at age 48. I lost over 50 pounds snd got down to 158. It was all so worth it I got a hernia fixed and my whole life has changed! The confidence I have now is great!!

Jet fuel *IS* Kerosene. It IS diesel. There's a lot more power in it than in gasoline. And that's exactly why your analogy and the practice work.
But I'm just an internet random ;) What are your thoughts on OMAD?
But I really like your videos and the way you talk about and practice these things. :)

Is it true that recovery is harder for people who are lean but do tummy tuck?

recovery process is the same for all patients. However, some patients tolerate pain easier than others.

Thank you so much for this. I have had a mommy apron and saggy breast since my first pregnancy at age 19, I'm 39.
I desperately want to get a surgery to correct them. I cannot afford it yet, but I've improved my credit drastically, and hopefully I can get financed.
Do you know of anyone who does pro Bono work, maybe for those with extremely low income?
