Chapter 14 is no joke, back to back boss fights with no MP regen and multi use of all characters, but fear not, with this cloud build you won't even need to use Aerith.

Thanks alot. This is one of the most dificult fucking fighting for me without a guide. He and Rufus was worst battle on hard mode
I hate that boss fight with passion. It made be fueled with rage to the point where i was feeling a bit dizzy/lightheaded. It took a few tries to win and thank goodness that there's the option to retry that boss phase without having to redo the entire back-to-back boss fight sequences. I hate that he does that cheap attack that leaves both Cloud and Aerith with 1 Hp left. Thank goodness that i staggered Sephiroth with Cloud a moment after he entered The End Is Nigh part which i cancelled out his stupid Tempus Finis attack and then i used Cloud's Cross-Slash Limit Break to deliver the final blow which i was relieved and excited that i finally beat him despite my frustration. Most frustrating Final Fantasy game I've ever played. I hope part 3 of the Remake adds Materia Loadouts for weapons/armor so that way players don't have to keep swapping out Materia onto other characters whenever the game does the party lock/party separation crap which this game did too much of that for my taste.

Staggering him during Tempus Finis is easy IF he's almost staggered from doing Octoslash. Somehow I couldn't get the timing right and he always started Tempus Finis with almost 0 pressure. At that point it was basically impossible to stagger him on time. Since I was doing this fight with close to no MP on Cloud (and no Healing materia on Aerith for some reason), I had to do a perfect run and save Cloud's lvl. 3 Limit for Tempus Finis. Took me almost 3 hours to learn how to do the fight perfectly without any magic. 😮💨
This guide really helped. I would add that your group changes depending on who you took on the date. I really liked the info on sephiroth. I would also add that if you can keep people’s limit breaks from the jenova fight, it really helps with staggering bahumat when he turns up.

When you fail to finish him after the last stagger, he executes an Octoslash that cannot be avoided.
Legit had him at 0 hp and while I was doing my last move his stagger ended and he did octo slash at the end killed me and aerith with our full hp

I know this sounds stupid but I’ve been on this chapter for 2 days I can’t do it, I can’t get past Sephiroth reborn no matter what I do. Can someone please finish this chapter for me I’m begging anyone! I will pay someone too I just want it finished

@@GhostOfRedSeas I was on 14 hard last night trying it again for the thousandth time I was able to get to Sephiroth reborn but then couldn’t get past him. I had to quit to run some errands and was back at the altar so no checkpoints or save points between all of those fights sucks! I’m about to lose my shit lol
@@ZachKateAda I agreed when Devs forget to put any checkpoint or quick save in the final fight. Because what happened to me yesterday during my first walkthrough is... I died in the first fight and It's sounds like an idiot. But I chose the wrong fu*king "retry" button and the game just put me back on 30 minutes earlier.
That was frickin stupid idea I still don't get why they have to put a "FOUR fu*king retry button" I mean I don't understand WTF lol
@@KarazPyeah don’t let you change your setup before fights, like I’m stuck with my setup for 4-5 fights in a row that’s BS!
Hey, Solestro has set up a patreon and offers to do VR fights, he has different tiers I think. But maybe he'll be able to do this? Worth a try? I've only completed ch 12, I'm trying to get the drive to go back to TotA, I thought it dragged on dynamic, I don't look forward to it on hard. Maybe I'll just go to Nibel and ride Selena around for funsies instead :)
I just don’t get it. I’ve been stuck at 10%hp and 99%stagger for hours and he’s immune to everything.

I'm thinking about hard mode because I just finished there game yesterday. You making me nervous man lol
I was worried about that one too, but it only took me one try. I just finished Galiant Beast, THAT was rough, like 10 tries. Honestly all of chapter 11 is hard, be sure to save MP as much as possible because once you go into the mansion, there is no MP recovery unless you have MP Absorb. It's like 5 bosses in a row with only the MP from the beginning of the mansion.
This game sure loves wasting your fucking time. Most of the length of this final chapter is the unskippable cutscenes you have to watch EVERY FUCKING TIME YOU DIE, and you will die to the unblockable one shot bullshit. Not to mention they give you no option to swap materia before this so you're kinda fucked if like me, you forgot to put revive back on aerith.
I just had to do the same thing! So frustrating.
