I'm 17 and I'm in class 11th rn, I got my 10th result which was like 74-75% and I've decided that I'm gonna score more than 90% in my 11th and 12th, so are my 10th results enough for MEXT scholarship or they really matter for this scholarship? rest my maths, english and japanese are of good level.

Is the engineering exams after going to japan will be in English or total Japanese. is it possible to complete 4 years of engineering in total japanese for a person who doesn,t know the language. Hey mate, do you know like what gpa can assure me an admission at a master's program in Japan? For example all German universities require you to have a gpa of minimum 6 or 60%.

Yes you can apply but you have to prepare for the written exam that would be of maths english and Japanese for the ssc ( humanities) or commerce student 🙂

I am a MEXT scholar too...but my result was made known to me via email. So I guess for that part it depends on which country you're from. I guess you need to clarify it with the Japanese embassy in your country if you're interested in applying.

@@worldvibes490 you can still get the scholarship without the English tests. If you can sit for any of the English tests at the time of application, I guess it's going to be an advantage but if you can't now, you can still submit the application. I got thru without sitting for the test and I am finally sitting for the TOEIC test next month here in Japan. The Listening and reading is required by some unis. I hope that answers your question.
@Riku!! I know of US citizens who got the scholarship. So in shot, yes. US citizens or nationals are qualified to apply.

No it is not you can do your course in English. But you will have trouble getting a job. Also you may have trouble understanding what professsors say as sometimes they use Japanesee in english lectures too.
