285Hz - my breathing normalized.
369Hz - Felt at ease, relaxed,
417Hz - My nose started running,
528Hz - There was a few fluctuations in the tone, my nose stopped running and I could breathe easily,
639Hz - I felt peace, relaxed,
741Hz - This is the first time I've heard this frequency, I felt a bit odd, can't explain the feeling.

this is great now I don't have to think and change tones . Getting ready for total knee replacement surgery in 7 days , I know it's working cause some days I walk fine all during my work hours and come home and get things done. Like nothing's wrong . And then there are a few days where it too overwhelming in pain and the tones calm it . Wish it could fix it but I'm confident this surgery will be better in the long term and carry me till I've done my missions on earth .

I'm addicted to coffee. I will usually have a nasty headache when I don't take any in one day. Today I was late for my coffee time, so by 3 pm, the pain started kicking and banging from the inside. Made a cup of coffee but it was too late. The headache lasted until 9 pm. I played this when I went back to work on my computer. And the pain subsided!!! How cool is that???

I'm on carnivore diet and on day 6. Went into intense ketosis. Feels like I have a bad flu. This helped me get thru this critical time. Im diabetic and am stabilizing after this.

I've been there, don't worry, it will pass. My biggest mistake in the carnivore transition was not eating enough fett. And don't rush your body, give it some time to reajust. Yes. This frequencies have different effects on people. It can sometimes cause discomfort but this is a good sign. It means that it is bringing problems to the surface and eventually heals them.

I'm curious if you are using a natural 432 hz tuning or the brainwashing 440 hz. I don't t know about anyone else , but to me it makes all the difference if I listen or not.

single tones no you don't need headphones, though i suggest you should - binaural beats however, you definitely need stereo headphones as two different frequencies are played in the left & right ear the brain deals with the difference between the two different frequencies... google binaural beats it will explain it for you

I love how clear I feel when I am done with the whole track. Each frequency seems about 11 minutes long. Is there a minimum time for a freq to do its work if I don't have time for the whole thing? Is 11 minutes optimal or is even longer better?? And does it work as well without headphones?? Thanks for this awesome recording❤
