    If the outside temperature is 32 degree ,what should the humidifier be inside? .

    at higher temp settings, (past where the humidistat "clicks", the humidistat will never cause the humidifier to run.
    at lower temp settings, the humidistat will attempt to sense the humidity level and run the humidifier as needed.

    You didn’t show how to set furnace humidifier.
    If condensation only happens on extreme cold days. No worries. That’s normal. If the paint on your window frame peels, gently sand it and repaint with waterproof paint in summer. You are good to go for few more years. Lack of humidity indoors can harm you forget the mold that’s least of your problem in colder climates.
    If you have so much excess humidity indoors & mold is growing you got other bigger problems.
