Basically, abt the way u pronounce Stolas's name, only British people (or the fancy people in the helluva boss episodes) say StolAs. It sounds weird on u cuz i assume ur American. And most Americans kinda say his name like Stolis, not Stolas. It's like saying Stolisp, like the word lisp but u get rid of the p and it's Stolis. At least that's how I, a European with a kinda American accent, imagine the name when i pronounce

The only times Stella acknowledges Octavia is in 2 instances; she is talking to other bird people and says something like "until I finally popped out that egg" in reference to Octavia. And in another episode when Stolas is on the phone with Stella and Stolas says something about Stella being awful to Octavia and Stella starts yelling at him for trying to make her look bad to Octavia (we have never seen Stella so much as look at Octavia)
She also references her in Western energy, when her brother says if he dies Octavia would get all his stuff.

I want to put this out there because I think it should be known, but Owls only fall in love once. When their spouse/lover dies, they grieve and mourn, refusing to eat until they inevitably die.
They don’t necessarily die afterward. I watch barn owl streams, and the main girl has had at least 3 husbands because they keep dying. They can and do often move on when a partner dies. That doesn’t mean that Stolas plans to outlive Blitzo, however.

Most characters (and viewers) pronounce it with the "uh" rather than the "ah", but I think both are technically correct, so 🤷🏻♀️ Sto-lahs, Sto-luhs, Stwubbie, it's cool. I know what he's talking about, that's the important part.

Does Blitzo have self-hate? yes. Is this the first time he does this with people who are in higher positions? yes. But are his feelings not valid when it comes to Stolas? no. We can't act like he is not valid to think that their contractual relationship which Stolas used to call just to flirt was as real for Blitzo as it was for Stolas. What Stolas is doing is really kind to give Blitzo the Asmodian Crystal but he is definitely gonna take this as Stolas getting bored or giving him up. I wish they would just talk but we all know that is not going to happen.

@0l._.l0895 Fr. I know some people bring up the car scene, but I feel like that solidified it in Blitzo's head. We see him really start to frown/get upset the moment Stolas suggests cuddling, but with the previous suggestions he had little reaction compared to that. I think at first he believed maybe Stolas did just want to talk and hang out (which we as audience know that to be the case), but when he said cuddling Blitzo just took that as another way Stolas is trying to be intimate/get into his pants. It's why he told Stolas to stop pretending immediately after.

As someone who has already finished Lord of Mysteries, I legitimately jumped in the air at that ad segment.
I don't think it's a divorce episode that's teased, I think hes in trouble for refusing to do his job as a Goetia. Stolas' job as a demon is based on him doing some ritual during the full moon. It's why he gets his book back once a month from Blitz. He mentions it in the first episode.

Personally I'm the most excited for Ghostfuckers, it seems like that one has a focus on Blitz and Millie, which is an interesting unexplored dynamic

I must bring up the fact that we don't even really know if ghosts are a thing in this verse. The hotel guy could very well be a demon, and in one shot we do see that he's fish-like. Also the full moon is a reference to how Blitzo and Stolas would intimate every full moon for Blitzo to keep the book. That's probably when they break up.
I think the pronunciation confusion comes from accents, if you pay close attention you’ll notice that no two characters really pronounce Stolas the same. It’s even more noticeable with many of the goetia having British (I think, I’m not good with accents) accents, the more American VAs pronounce it more like Stolis rather then Stolas
yeah, I think most people pronounce the 'a' as a schwa. That is, most people feel having the 'a' as an unstressed vowel feels more natural. Like in Nicholas, Tobias and other such names. Its not typically TobyAss its more like To-buy-uss.
Honestly, what i love most about both Hellaverse series is the stark contrast in how abuse is explored. Hazbin is a lot more direct in portraying outright violence and possessive behavior. Without spoiling too much for those who haven't seen, helluva is a bit different. It explores the more nuanced sides of manipulation and guilt tripping and how it can affect peoples mental state/ self image. Its really carefully crafted for most characters

'Seeing Stars' made octavia believe in stolas again after she lost some faith in him for missing out on something important to her but maybe some kind of situation arises where stolas is forced to relinquish via to her mother and her brother after his divorce but she doesnt know he was forced? Maybe she thinks he left her despite promising never to do that.
That he happily gave up his arranged, forced family in favour of his lover and abandoned her or maybe never actually loved her?

I think she doesn't know it was arranged and that maybe she finds out this season just how bad it was, and learning that she was the product of that is bound to mess with her feelings and make her feel like she wasn't wanted but just an obligation her parents had. Which she... kind of was, regardless of how much Stolas loves her.
Also I wonder if Stella and Andrealphus are going to try and get in her head and get her on their side after realizing in Western Energy that all of Stolas's things would go to her if he dies or gets in trouble with the Goetias and has his duties taken away

I have a feeling that maybe Stolas is imagining Ocitivia is saying those things in an hallucination or dream. Maybe he's under a spell or being influenced. It might play into the mastermind episode. Or maybe Stella has tried to manipulate/gaslight Octavia into thinking her dad only cares about Blitz. I wouldn't put it pass Stella to try it. I have a feeling Stolas and Blitz arrangement will end but they'll find a way back to each other. I don't see them getting officially together yet. Maybe its season 3 when it happens. I am really excited to see Millie and Blitz spend some time together and getting a flashback to how they met!

With the glowing eyes thing, you can see Millie still in her ghost hotel outfit with the ghost guy which also looks aquatic. People are thinking it’s the ghost guy possessing Blitzo because you can also see him jumping out of water
There was still a little after the episode announcement where Blitzø and Stolas are holding hands and Stolas is the one that pulls away and you can see Blitzø symbol become a broken heart

I know a lot of people theorize apology tour will be about Blitzo going to make up with Verosika and failing, or crashing her tour, or Blitzo trying to apologize to all the people he's hurt. I have a sort of similar, sort of different take. There's the very obvious stuffed toy of Blitzo being beheaded, Blitzo is in a blanket/cape that looks to have blood splotches (probably fake), Stolas looks at him seemingly apologetically and Blitzo looks back with remorse (I'm going to speculate this is near the end of the episode) and there are points where Blitzo is seen in a cage. What if (and this is probably a stretch) Blitzo *invited* Verosika, Stolas, and whoever else to shit talk him? To just give them vindication, because we know he's most comfortable during conflict rather than being vulnerable, it would somewhat make sense for his idea of an apology to be setting up a Blitzo Sucks concert. Afterall, nobody hates Blitzo more than he hate himself. Maybe he also uses this to see how much damage he caused, what he did wrong, how he can make it better, etc. (This is a big stretch, but an idea I had).
You know what? I think this is a legit theory. It explains one of the biggest "wtf" moments about the trailer for me, which was "why the hell are Verosika and Stolas on stage together? They don't know each other, they don't have any mutuals other than Blitz." It's not like she would have reached out to him or really vice versa. This explanation makes a WHOLE lot more sense. And it's SUCH a Blitz thing to do. Nobody can hate him as much as he hates himself, like you said, so this is about giving them the chance to *talk* about it (sing about it) and see where the breakdown in communication happened and how it can be fixed. This more purposefully models what happened accidentally with Fizzerolli as well, so it builds on that. ...Also that amateur stage construction? Verosika would never.
@saralovelace7219 Yeah! The stage was another thing. Like, it all looked low production value lol. I couldn't imagine Verosika having that, or going out of her way to do a concert all about Blitzo unprompted. Nor do I imagine Stolas being someone to get onstage and shit talk Blitzo, even if he was upset with him. But if Blitzo himself encouraged him to, maybe. (Verosika and Virtex also seem to respect Stolas during this scene, sort of a "yeah, spit your shit").
This could also be an alternative context for Verosika saying he's shitty. Maybe she's just gotten there, under the pretense Blitzo was going to apologize, and she sees a bunch of theatrics and him dressed in that. So, she thinks he's just doing that thing where he avoids responsibility and denies the problem being there, thinking that he can skirt around an apology or admitting his wrongs. And while he's *kinda* doing that (instead of just saying he's sorry or having a civil talk, he makes a big show of it), it's a genuine attempt at understanding on his part. That specific scene ("everyone's shitty") probably isn't as serious as the trailer makes it seem. I can totally see it being lighthearted at first, Blitzo says everyone's shitty, then remembers he isn't supposed to be arguing with her and explains the actual reason she was invited there (Blitzo Sucks concert ensues).
I think it could lead to them at *least* not hating each other. And Blitzo realizing he *doesn't* have to be how he is.
@@cam_luong The only thing about the stage bit itself that gives me pause is that I am.... unsure that's even part of Apology Tour. It makes sense to be!! But the pumpkins in the foreground, Stolas dressed in fall colors, the surrealism of it is giving me Ghostfuckers Halloween episode, you know? Especially since we know that one is gonna involve hallucination shenanigans....

I'm only hesitant to put it down as Ghostfuckers, because from what we've seen of the episode, the hallucinations might change the people around you, but setting stays the same. Like the scene with his mom, the carpeting is still the same, whereas other times when they hallucinate, the entire setting can change. So that makes me believe that however they hallucinate in Ghostfuckers is distinct from other times it's happened, if that makes sense.
@cam_luong That's legit. The thing is that we don't actually KNOW where that shot is. It's outside....somewhere. It doesn't look like Stolas' landscaping or pride ring colors.... which makes me wonder if it *is* the hotel.... like a courtyard or something. Which would follow the hallucination pattern. Honestly idk.... there's just a LOT of autumn/spoopy flags in that shot to be an episode airing in JUNE.

So as far as Stolitz go, I personally want them to have some level of resolution before S2 ends they don’t have to be cannon yet, but I am rooting for them. And fyi, Viv has said in live streams that she loves drama and to cry. This is what she channels into Stolas’s character so while I feel ya on wanting to give him a break, I think he will be having the harder story line.
A lot of these clips look like flashbacks and false/altered realities. I'm thinking that Sinsmass will be a malevolent twist to the Christmas Carol with antagonists playing a cruel game with Stolas and Blitz0. His accusation of "playing with our emotions" may be directed at said antagonists. This makes me wonder if the Octavia scene was a "dark future" being presented to Stolas rather than something Octavia actually says.
If the last video you have seen of this show is episode 7, you aren't caught up. There's still 'Look My Way', which is a canon part of the story. It's a music video with Stolas singing about his plans for the future. (It also contains the resolution of the conversation he had with Asmodeus in episode 5 and Blitz and Fizz's new understanding in episode 6: the video starts with him receiving an Asmodean crystal, the thing the succubi like Verosica use to get to the human realm).
I kinda hate to say it, but I agree with your take on Octavia from the trailer. Without context, it makes it seem like the previous episodes she and Stolas shared meant nothing to her. I hope this gets rectified in the actual episode. And I gotta say, even though I don't like the line, I love the line delivery
If ur fully caught up I recommend checking out just look my way. A great song that's set right after s2 ep6. Vivzie took a fan made song and animated it, changed a few lyrics, and had stolas va sing it. It's really good.
Interesting you think the court scene is about Stolas' divorce - I thought it was about the humans/DHORKS finding out about demons and Hell, and the other Ars Goetia learning that Stolas lent his grimoire to Blitzo

For the whole Octavia banter you had, I have a small correction to your rant, both her episodes aren't about you love blitzo more, the first one is: you love blitzo more, the second if you hate mom more than you love me. (Which is kinda a line in the episode)
Crazy fan theory I saw once and have heard no one talk about is that stolas will have a new love interest and it will be that one red bird prominently featured in the trailer
