According to Census 2011 information the location code or village code of Hallimoyar village is 635097. Hallimoyar village is located in Kotagiri taluka of The Nilgiris district in Tamil Nadu, India. It is situated 120km away from sub-district headquarter Kotagiri (tehsildar office) and 148km away from district headquarter Udhagamandalam. As per 2009 stats, Thengumarahada is the gram panchayat of Hallimoyar village.
The total geographical area of village is 8243 hectares. Hallimoyar has a total population of 225 peoples, out of which male population is 113 while female population is 112. Literacy rate of hallimoyar village is 73.33% out of which 75.22% males and 71.43% females are literate. There are about 72 houses in hallimoyar village. Pincode of hallimoyar village locality is 638451.
Sathiya Mangalam is nearest town to hallimoyar village for all major economic activities.
