    Ako ste početnik u pravljenju torti, a želite svoje iznenaditi i očarati kolačem, ovo je recept u kojem se morate iskušati i dokazati
    Omiljena tortica mnogih, spoj čokolade i naranče je nepogrešiv
    Tako sočna i ukusna, a opet zdravija varijanta 😍

    Sastojci za tortu
    * 2 slatke (organske) naranče
    * 6 domaćih jaja
    * 1.5 žličica praška za pecivo
    * 230 g badema
    * 75g datuljinog šećera
    * 75g šećera od trske (ili datuljinog, smeđeg…)
    * 50 g kakao praha
    Sastojci za preljev
    * 120g kokos guste kreme iz konzerve
    * 100g 85% tamne čokolade
    1. Cijele naranče skupa s korom stavite u lonac i prelijte ih s otprilike 2 l hladne vode. Stavite ih kuhati. Nakon što voda zakuha, poklopite lonac i kuhajte naranče dok ne omekšaju. Otprilike 30-40 minuta - probodite nožem, ako prolazi, kuhane su.
    2. Izmiksajte naranču u pire uz pomoć štapnog miksera ili blendera.
    3. Pećnicu upalite na 180 C i ostavite da se grije.
    4. Kalup promjera 20cm cm dno obložite papirom za pečenje, a stranice namastite.
    5. U sjeckalici usitnite bademe do teksture brašna. Dodajte ih u veliku zjelu i povežite sve suhe sastojke. Zatim dodajte mokre.
    6. Dodajte pire od naranče u smjesu - sve lijepo povežite.
    7. Smjesu izlijte u kalup i stavite peći oko 30-45 minuta (zavisi od pećnice).
    8. Provjerite tortu čačkalicom ili nožem - ako nema tragova biskvita, gotova je (svakako pazite da ju ne presušite kako bi vam ostala sočna).
    9. U međuvremenu zagrijte kokos mlijeko koje ćete preliti preko razlomljene tamne čokolade. Dobro promješajte.
    10. Tortu nakon što se ispekla, prelijte čokoladnim preljevom.
    11. Ostavite da se torta ohladi do sobne temperature, zatim stavite preko noći u frižider.
    12. Poslužite i uživajte!

    Cake ingredients
    * 2 sweet (organic) oranges
    * 6 homemade eggs
    * 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
    * 230 g of almonds
    * 75g of date sugar
    * 75g cane sugar (or date, brown...)
    * 50 g of cocoa powder
    Ingredients for dressing
    * 120g coconut thick cream from a can
    * 100g 85% dark chocolate
    1. Put the whole oranges together with the peel in a pot and pour about 2 liters of cold water over them. Put them to cook. After the water boils, cover the pot and cook the oranges until they are soft. About 30-40 minutes - pierce with a knife, if it goes through, they are cooked.
    2. Puree the orange using a hand mixer or blender.
    3. Turn on the oven at 180 C and let it heat up.
    4. Line the bottom of a 20cm mold with baking paper and grease the sides.
    5. In a chopper, chop the almonds to the texture of flour. Add them to a large bowl and combine all the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ones.
    6. Add the orange puree to the mixture - combine everything nicely.
    7. Pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven for about 30-45 minutes (it depends on the oven).
    8. Check the cake with a toothpick or knife - if there are no traces of biscuit, it is ready (be sure not to dry it out so that it remains juicy).
    9. In the meantime, heat the coconut milk and pour it over the broken dark chocolate. Mix well.
    10. After the cake is baked, cover it with chocolate topping.
    11. Let the cake cool down to room temperature, then put it in the fridge overnight.
    12. Serve and enjoy!
