    Ako ste u potrazi za pravim čokoladnim (i zdravim) užitkom onda nikako nemojte propustiti ove sočne čokoladne brownije
    Ovi browniji tako su ukusni, fudgy, chewy, mekani i sočni, zadovoljiti će potrebu za slatkim i zasititi vas u isto vrijeme
    Također nije vam potrebna pećnica jer se ovi browniji ne peku već su sirovi
    Samo zdravi i prirodni sastojci bogati raznim nutrijentima i zdravim mastima🌱
    ✅Vegan
    🌾Gluten free
    ❌Bez dodanog šećera, brašna, jaja, mliječnih proizvoda, zaslađivača, škroba...
    •SASTOJCI•
    BROWNIE
    -20 svježih ili suhih datulja (bez koštice)
    -130gr orašastih plodova (koristim 80gr lješnjaka i 50gr badema)
    -30gr sirovog kakaa
    -ravna žličica soli
    -žlica chia sjemenki
    -25ml biljnog mlijeka
    *Umjesto svježih datulja možete koristiti i suhe, ali ih potopite 15ak min u vrućoj vodi. Što se tiče orašastih plodova možete kombinirati koje god želite
    ČOKOLADNA GLAZURA
    -2 žlice kakaa
    -2 žlice kokos ulja
    -20ml biljnog mlijeka
    -2 pune žlice sirupa od datulja ili javorovog sirupa/meda
    PRIPREMA
    -Usitnite prvo u sjeckalici/multipraktiku (ili blenderu) suhe sastojke za brownie (orašaste plodove, kakao, sol, c. sjemenke). Zatim dodajte datulje i malo biljnog mlijeka. Miksajte dok ne dobijete kompaktnu/povezanu i ljepljivu smjesu. Rukama utisnite u kalup 12x21cm dobivenu smjesu. Ostaviti da se hladi dok pravite čok. glazuru.
    -Promješati sve sastojke za čokoladnu glazuru. Ravnomjerno rasporediti po browniju. Poslužiti odmah ili rashlađeno. Dobar tek! ❤️🍫

    •INGREDIENTS•
    BROWNIES
    -20 fresh or dry dates (pitted)
    -130g of nuts (I use 80g of hazelnuts and 50g of almonds)
    -30 grams of raw cocoa
    - a flat teaspoon of salt
    - a spoonful of chia seeds
    -25ml of vegetable milk
    *Instead of fresh dates, you can also use dry dates, but soak them in hot water for about 15 minutes. As for the nuts, you can combine whatever you want
    CHOCOLATE GLAZING
    -2 spoons of cocoa
    -2 tablespoons of coconut oil
    -20ml of vegetable milk
    -2 full spoons of date syrup or maple syrup/honey
    PREPARATION
    - First chop the dry ingredients for the brownie (nuts, cocoa, salt, c. seeds) in a chopper/multipractice (or blender). Then add the dates and a little vegetable milk. Mix until you get a compact/bound and sticky mixture. Press the resulting mixture into a 12x21cm mold with your hands. Leave to cool while you make the chok. glaze.
    - Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate glaze. Spread evenly over the brownie. Serve immediately or chilled. Good apetite! ❤️🍫
