  • Milwaukee tools are crushing it with their new tools. I personally have really enjoyed the m12 inflator but this m18 is super fast and the preset pressures is a great feature as well around the shop. Highly recommend for anyone at home or to have around for mechanics or automotive shop owners.

    The M12 is perfect for a truck and travel trailer camping.

    Home Depot has a deal right now!
    If you look online they have X2 5.0 batteries and a charger with a free tool. They have 13 tools to choose from. The milwaukee M18 tire inflator is one of the options! Great deal!

    The M12 is fine for passenger car level PSI and occasional use on higher PSI (60-70 and above). I put mine through basically at real life torture test: started renting out U-Hauls and it was used to fill tires to 80-90 psi on a daily basis. It failed after about 9 months. The M18 is much faster, has psi pre-sets with auto-shutoff so you can walk away while it is filling, has a feature that will automatically recheck the psi after initial filling and refill until it is truly reached, and has handled our highest PSI’s (125-150) without issue. It is definitely professional grade.

      Yes correct there are going to be more practical uses for each one of course.

      I smoked mine today. Had it about a year. Let all the smoke out today when trying to fill up a couple van tires to 80psi..

      How long does the battery stay charged while it's in your car not being used ?? Thinking about buying the m12 inflator myself, but wondering will the battery have juice when I actually need it ?

      @@nxprss8326 Depending on how long you leave them there, what outside temp it is and where do you park your car. If it's average northen amercian winter and parked outside 24/7 and not using it, id say a fully charged m12 4ah battery would die within 2 weeks. if it's somewhere down in the south i assume maybe 1-2 months in winter.

    M12 is great just for an emergency kit. But knowing that HO m12 battery cost as much as the tool.

    I had the m12. It took so long to fill all 4 tires I forgot about it. I left it connected to the valve stem and started driving. Completely destroyed it after 30 seconds of driving.

    Thanks I have the ridgid inflator, was leaning on getting this 1 that is twice as fast but I'm not on milwaukee battery platform. I'm on ridgid platform. Should I go with milwaukee or just stick with ridgid

    Don’t buy the small one already on number three I can’t get a truck tire aired up before it drains the batteries and overheats I do a simple small pressure test on a gas system still has problems and all three have burnt out in less than a year and I use it maybe 2-5 times a month it’s a pile of shit

    My tires require 50psi can the m12 work in my situation let’s say tire pressure is at 38psi and needs to be raised to 50psi can the m12 work

    • @Enrightauto
      @Enrightauto  Před 9 měsíci +1

      It will work just takes a long time. When they run for a while as well they get hot so the m18 is prob better
