Thank you Timothée and Vinay for an excellent review of NATALEE, again digging deep into the data!
This was a very instructive video. Really informative for daily clinical practice. Good job.
I think your characters really fit together. The one person is easy and calm, the other has a little bit more temperament.
I am wondering if you could comment on the MONARCH-E study of adjuvant abemaciclib? The benefit there seems much more clinical significant probably because of the inclusion of higher risk population, but also possible due to the fact that is is slightly a different molecule and given continuously instead of intead of 3weeks on and 1week off like ribociclib?
I declined the cdk 4/6 after studying Monarch-E, and feel even more confident this was the right decision after your break down of this study, thank you!
Very interesting. I'm on Abemaciclib, Tamoxifen and Zoladex since being diagnosed 5 months ago. I achieved NED status last month. I insisted on taking the CDK 4/6 inhibitor at the lowest dose (50mg) and have had no side effects but after achieving NED my doctor really pushed me to increase to 100mg to "keep you NED", I struggle with figuring out what's too much. This was really interesting.
Fantastic analysis guys, sharing with my oncology colleagues.
Excellent analysis, thanks for your work guys

for COVID death, the difference could be one use preferred term "COVID-19" , and the other use grouped term which includes preferred terms "COVID-19" and "COVID-19 Pneumonia"
Really fascinating video - most of my colleagues advocate for adj ribociclib due to the difference in distant recurrence free survival.... To my knowledge DRFS is not a surrogate for overall survival in breast cancer. What is your take for this argument?
Excellent analysis 🎉😮
Do you have any insight into exemestane (aromasin)?
tx
Did they talk about vitamin d levels?
Would they like to put everyone on this drug just in case?
Idiocy.
