Im currently building a twin engine Scion TC inspired by Suicid3 MX-3 here on CZcams using the roll cage to mount another TC's front subframe in the back with locked out tie-rod ends. When I told the guys at FuelTech about it they were super excited to see their system used on such a weird and unique build. They are even making me special connectors so I can put the signal from the wheel speed sensors into both FT550's. Im aiming for 600-650HP from each engine which is not to hard with the 2AZ engine.

    Here in Brasil, we have a nice old car culture, of course, not the same big blocks americans V8, but, usually, people get impressed on how powerfull our modified old cars are. If you like so, search for those cars (brazilian name):
    Fusca, Chevette, Opala, Diplomata, Fiat 147, Chevrolet Kadet, Chevrolet Omega, VW Santana, VW Gol GTI, Ford Maverick, Ford Corcel, Fiat Marea, Ford Escort. Those vehicles, can tell a litrle bit of our love about machines.

      indeed, Opala used Rekord as a base, but over time it changed completely. Look for the second generation, which came from 1975 and ran until 1979. Or the third, which ran from 1980 to 1985. As much as it uses the platform of one and the engine of the other, it's still a totally unique car.

There are tons of great engines nobody wants to touch that just get crushed into cubes. The 4200 is awesome but GM cheaped out in the head and you HAVE TO get head work to run boost unless you have an 06-07 engine.

      @The_sinner_Jim_Whitney Před rokem

      @@unlisted9494 You have to get head work, period, if you want them to run well for any length of time. It's a shame GM didn't fix the head problems like they did with the 4- and 5-cylinder versions of the Atlas engines (the revamped 2.9L and 3.5L are excellent, reliable, good running motors). I just meant that when it's a turbo straight six in an oddball GM, I assumed it'd be a 4200.
