Wow! Lots of good prep and information. I’ve heard of texture pads to use for these fixes, where you press the pad into the softened plastic to recreate the texture.

Lightly sand the scratch or scrape it with a razorblade, fill it with plastic putty filler, heat it and impregnate with a texture copier, colour it.

Heat it hold fine sand paper on it as pattern very close

Not possible to use sort like material from samples or scrap pieces from a upholstery shop to get the patterns
