I like pocket doors!
They are nice until something breaks on them and you have to cut the sheet rock to fix it or replace it.
I love the work you do, I have talked to your office a couple of times, we are going to start building as soon as we can get electricity. I hate to hear that you don't build more than 60 miles from Red Oak😔. I know that Hico is further than us, we are about 10 miles from Glen Rose. Wish we could use you.

The floors are a resurfaced stained concrete.

since you are welding everything up on site. what size beams are you using for the 30to 35 foot spans, does the roof pitch come in to play on teh beam size? reason asking is that we built a 50 x 100 barn with a 2/12 pitch and was told by a engineer to use 14” beam for the 50 foot and then 12 on the 25 foot sheds.

What is the SF cost for this quality of Barndominium
I'm curious of price sqft in Texas. Looking at doing a barndo in Central Florida, but its a hassle for funding and permits and the cost is just as much for a block home.
