    Keep things speedy by sticking to accelerated plugins: Add an adjustment layer, set to Lighten, RGB Curves (under Obsolete) and black out all the channels except Red, add Gaussian blur and voila. Your footage will play and render much faster now.

    what is stopping you from going to davinci resolve? I feel like you would love it.
    stable, and amazing color grading. Plus you have film emulation and halation in there

    • @DannyFeng
      @DannyFeng  Před 2 lety +10

      Oh boy I would do it in a heartbeat. The only thing that I dont like about davinci is the way how file managing is setup. In PP I can create files in a folder and organise it how I want. Davinci does it in a "database" - for my workflow it gets too messy. Unless you there is a way?! If there is please let me know and I will get that setup ASAP haha!

    • @YoungNino2017
      @YoungNino2017 Před rokem +6

      Resolve is TRASH for editing, mixing audio, and making effects... anyone who doesn't know that isn't a real editor; or at least isn't working on anything even remotely professional. resolve is good for color grading, that's it

    • @herbojohnson
      @herbojohnson Před rokem +4

      Seriously, I get that the vertical video fad grew out of amateurs being ignorant of how recording on phones works, and is now ubiquitous on social media, but that is no reason to pretend that it is "cinematic".
