  • This is the first of two Ask the Expert sessions focused on weight management and weigh-related behaviors.
Nutritional challenges and a lack of activity can lead to health problems across the lifespan, especially for people with Spina Bifida. Early recognition of the importance of nutrition and physical activity along with understanding all aspects of weight management will help those with Spina Bifida achieve a healthier lifestyle and can greatly improve quality of life. Our panel of experts answer questions from the Spina Bifida Community about weight management and weight-related behaviors during this session.
