I will say Kendo had a lovely looking desert eagle in his shop, and I'm sure now that we heard him die he won't have any objections to you going back and taking it, this is so cool though I'm 100% here for anything that breathes new life into RE2 especially to this standard

Thank God in the original Resident Evil 2 mr. X didn't follow you around the etire police station like he did in the remake but this mod found a way to make mr. X follow you around the entire police station just like Nemesis in the original Resident Evil 3.

It feels extremely strange seeing an useful knife in RE2...
The knife is actually good,it's the fact that they still walk when knifed rather than stopping for a sec to actually give time to back up to avoid damage
@@Tj-qb8nd well... I don't really know, in RE2 I need at least twice as many cuts as the knife in RE3. And in RE3 3-5 cuts makes the zombie fall down. And it has better range and speed, meaning I don't need to always aim low to cut outside of grab range.

Re 2 original, I used the knife alot more than I ever did the first time I played it. Very useful

When Mr.X becomes more scary than in RE2 remake. It was so funny watch you get chased all the way.

Your reactions to enemies, and not knowing where to go, in the first 30 minutes of gameplay were the exact same that we all had 22 years ago, when RE2 was first released... And, with 1/3 the zombie hordes and 1/5 the lickers!

17:54 This particular window is one small detail I always noticed was different in RE3: Nemesis. It was much bigger than it appeared in RE2, chiefly just so Nemesis could bust through it in the RPD escape section after Jill had visited the S.T.A.R.S. office. The likelyhood is that the creator of this mod has used the RE3 arcitecture of this corridor and staircase, just as they apparently have for Mr. X's Nemesis-like A.I. behavior, all of the zombie's cosmetic appearances, as well as various other enemy and character models from RE3.

Plus it makes sense to give the kid some sort of protection, always suprised they never did in the original...

Very cool mod to one of my favorite games of all time :) That first deformed zombie lady u see down the stairs in front of the police station , my guess would be : its showing how a human / zombie forms into a licker , I mean just look at the brain and the claw like hand ;) Had fun watching ur vid keep up the good work

Edit: The shotgun was visible through the mirror, looking into the interrogation room, while you got the key card on the side with the licker on the ceiling and you ran past it while you were in the interrogation room later. It sat on the window-sill of the big magic mirror, where the licker normally jumps through.

You should get the Classic Rebirth patch from Apple of Eden, it's super easy to get going and it translates it and also let's you do things like quick turn. There's one for Dino Crisis as well. Love your videos!
