You need to go to store to consumables and you will see the treats. Then you buy them and the go to the locker and put them in your storage. And then you’ll automatically have them in the wheel when you want to play or pet the dog!

@@Evan30835 More specifically, not the regular wheel, the second one when the dog's sitting in front of you and it prompts you to hit the button (down on D pad on console)
