I just started the cotw and just unlocked the 7mm after hours of goose grinding, so worth the money. Also since I just started my grind I’ve been looking a lot towards your videos for guidance and your by far one of my favorite Cotw content creators. Just watching you get hyped about the animals makes me want to go hop into the game right then and there.

Hiya Bread great video, it really needs to get more views and likes. I have more confidence in using the 7mm now. I didn't know the gun weight had changed. I just know the game has had a lot of changes lately and I'm having a hard time keeping up. these new beginner guides are very helpful. thanks for posting.

I bought the smoking barrels pack as my first dlc because I saw it had the muzzleoader, I regretted it because with miniballs the pen is 40 and expansion 50.. it made early game far to easy same with the m1, maybe at a higher level or big game hunting I'll pull it out again. Just 2k more for the 7mm now

Hey jaxy. The 7mm is not .7mm, that would be .7cm. .7mm = 7mils. The actual bullet is 7.2mm or .284 in. Sorry, I just had to clear up that detail. Great video, good review of the 7mm.

@@thouxanbandchris there is ' actually ' lets say you spook a herd of animals or a pack from a need zone and didnt spot anything ' so you could set up a trail camera up to see how many animals there are and on the side of the screen it'd show their weights and levels

@@yee3335 you still have the need zone though so you could just go back there in the middle of their drink time and spot them. If there is nothing worth taking, then you can just leave.
