Good information, but the background music is really distracting and difficult to hear the statements with music constantly going on.
Thanks; we'll bear your comments on the music in mind for future videos
thank you for such a great way of teaching..
Hey Chris, No New Videos, Its long time since you posted a new video, Can you post something about using XML and JSON datatypes, Would be great to get some hands on based on your interactive explanations...
Thanks for the suggestion, I've got a lot in the pipeline, stay tuned next year! :)
I hate magic values, I had a spreadsheet of them on one of the projects I worked on. Nulls and filtering all the way
I'm with you. Dealing with null is hard because you have to know what you're doing and remember to accommodate it, but you can learn and/or check the documentation. I have never worked with magic values, but they seem like a recipe for making mistakes. You have to know which values are magic, remember that they exist, and remember which situations you do and don't have to accommodate their magicness. Who is going to remember that 6 months later?
Hi Chris,
Can you please let me know how can I add my questions to asktom.oracle.com. I have created an account out there but I can't add my questions regarding the Oracle server.
We're taking a break over the Christmas period!
We'll be back taking questions again soon. Note - you don't need an account to post questions.
You are a brilliant man, but please remove the noisy "foreground" music!
