flat tips. I would get 5-15 4-13 5-17 3-13 for beginners. if your a better spray man 6-17 or even bigger but not for the Vevor spray unit stay small

THANKS GUYS FOR THE COMMENTS.....I realize that the X5 is the closest Graco unit to the one in this video. Thanks to YOUR comments. I dont use those Magnum sprayers. but many of the homeowners and newer contractors do. Great for a starter unit or a backup. Or great for a homeowner. Thanks for your comments and helping other people watching the video

I took the plunge a few years ago and decided to re-paint my own house. Other than one video specific to my new sprayer, I relied on this channel for advice.
@@Arlo360-Official thanks man I hope you got it done all right. so many people can afford a contractor anymore it is just a shame. I used to do a lot of lower income or normal income family homes. today they cant afford anything. it just bothers me.
4/2/24. Thx again Mike for another educational video 2day showing (& comparing) that Vevor unit with a Graco (5x?). Now i have watched many of yur videos before, love them all; especially impressed with that Flat Tip set up have seen in other videos! Flat tip does not produce a 'cloud' of overspray thus allowing very close/edge spray. Also as you emphasize, flat spray (special gun & 2 finger trigger?) gun has that extended 'nose' containing (another) filter..a 'cone' type?
So kindly tell us >where< to go & get this (pro level?) Gun with that 'Flat Tip & filter housing'..whole 'tip' thing looks like ~2 1/2", aye? I dont remember seeing anything other than Grayco at ShrWilliams with those Reversable (arrow pointing) tips..SW has a wall display with other ## tips...but i dont ever remember seeing your Flat tip (s) or 2 1/2" long little barrell holding 'cone' filter. Forget HmDpo/Lowes fo anything other than Wagner or maybe 1 or 2 Greyco units & extra hoses & extension poles.
Ok, kindly continue to make these videos! You are helping home owners & we (retired/healthy) ocassional Handy Man guys. I have a 12' h exterior wall, horizontal lap siding, on raised house ~ 3' above ground. Its 1 long wall to paint, ~ 50' long with some open exposed soffitt 2x6's. So think i need a (rental) sprayor. Probably will be a Grayco, not sure. Ok, will be going back to your channel 'videos' for my continued education! Am 78, healthy, do laddar work, chain saw, etc. Am able to do this, have rented airless sprayors b4, but was kinda (5-6 yrs) long ago.

@mikethepainter Do you always thin your paint to spray or does it depend on the material?
Also wondering what would happen if you put a cone filter and flat tip on that VEVOR gun with it's gun filter in place? Would that just compound the problem, be more or less likely to clog or defeat the purpose of cone filter? I want a 2-finger gun but curious if flat tip can run on any old gun.
yea you can run flat tips on just about any gun. could use the same setup. Remove the gun filter or Put a better one in there. I got some better filters for the gun so I am going to try them.
does it overspray a lot? or im beter to buy like a titan 1500 or the graco project painter plus sprayer for less overspray ?
