Why? It's not surprising to me tbh, he has always had a foundational grasp of English, living and working in England obviously makes it easier to get up to speed with the language too.

I'm backing this manager all the way. Sure he's made mistakes & hasn't helped himself at times but he's had so much shit to deal with since he's become our manager he deserves to work under a proper footballing structure with a fully fit squad at his disposal then take it from there. So cannot wait till Martinez is back. We've bloody missed him massively

False. We need competence all around the club, and the right people in place. We cannot keep playing musical chairs with managers, look at the names Bayern are looking at, they don't know what to do. I want Tenhag to be given time but when he was asked about that Brentford 4-0 loss at the start of last season he said"it was a log time ago and we made progress" what progress us exactly have we made? We lost to Bournemouth in similar fashion at home this season.
