    Love your videos and your recipes. Have already tried some of your bowls before, they were amazing.
    I am not plant based tbh, but I very rarely eat animal products. For 2022 I have planned to have a full month plant based.

    More great vegan WFPB recipes from Alexandra and enjoyed the video. Never thought of having ice cream for breakfast and it's usually something I only consider eating with a hot food during the winter season. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Alexandra.

    Do you have some tips for making the nicecream in the Vitamix? On which number do you mix (1-10, turbo)?

    Yes, i Will not, get full by just a smoothie in The morning.i want a BIG breakfast with smoothie, ricecake, müsli or tofu scramble with bread and soyayoghurt with fruit. I do envy you Alexandra that is satisfied with just a smoothie. Would spare me alot of time in The morning🥰

      Use several bananas and add toppings such as nutbutter, nuts, seeds, chocolate, granola! Keeps you full for longer!

      As I say we all need different! 😊 That's why I add nut or seed butters and nuts as toppings to make it more caloric dense. But you do you 💚

    Can anyone tell me how everyone’s tahini just pours so easily? Mine never does! What am I doing wrong?!

      personally I go and buy real arabic tahini in a big jar at the arabic food store. it is the best and makes suuuch a difference, pourable and so good you wanna add it to basically everything 😅

      Try and buy "Tahina" hey are more runny and taste like tahini :) And yes try to find an arabic one, the real deal ;)

    I suggest not making her smoothie bowls exactly like that, because at the end of the day, you just ate tons of sugar (from the 4 bananas). Try to add less bananas, more berries, and add a healthy source of fat (nut/grain butter, coconut oil, avocado, yoghurt (vegan or not)), fiber (with chia seeds, flax seeds), and of course protein (hemp hearts, protein powder, soft tofu, etc.)
    It’s optional, but I also add a veggie (frozen spinach) and some healthy spices like turmeric, bit of black pepper and cinnamon. It’s just a suggestion for if you want to eat something filling and nutritious with less big of an insulin spike !
