I changed my diet on 7/5. I want to lose weight without torturing myself of eating OMAD. Thank you so much! It's only been less than a week and I am down 6lbs already. I am eating every 3 hrs snacks in between and your plates have helped me tremendously and have really inspired me. I'm not a vegan nor a vegetarian but you have given me so many ideas! And the food is so good. I can't even believe I'm losing with what I eat in a day. I also used to be constipated well.. not anymore🤣 i guess I just needed to eat healthier. I don't eat cast food but being Cuban my food is very heavy and my job is all day in front of a computer. Next week I'll download the app. My way of thanking you for what you have done unconsciously
I absolutely am LOVING this challenge! The recipes are delicious, filling and fun to make. I think it is genius when we double the dinner recipe so we have the meal again at lunch of the next day!!! Lastly, I appreciate that the recipes are for one person; that works very well for me since my husband and I are retired and he is not vegan! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to make that dressing SO BAD! I'm going to try it with almond butter because I don't like PB but I'm positive it'll taste just as good.

I saw u on Instagram through Top Victory and had to join .. did you add tomato sauce in ur last dish for the peanut butter dressing.. it sounded like u said tomato, but it looked in fact like soya sauce????
you should try blending frozen orange/banana with unsweetened van almond milk, cinnamon and stevia, SO GOOD

I will do a vegan challenge when I move at the end of the month therefore I’ll be cooking for myself and the apartment’s kitchen is poorly equipped so it’ll be a real challenge to be creative 😄

Yes if you compare per calorie whole wheat pasta has more protein 👍🏼 If you compare per gram cashews have more
@@AlexandraAndersson but eating 100g of pasta (dry weight) is a typical amount for a meal. While most people probably wouldn't have more than 30g of cashews (about 1/4 cup nuts or 2 tbsp nut butter)
I'm not saying that cashews aren't important. They are good and tree nuts have longevity promoting properties. I just don't think that protein is the reason.
Can I substitute tempeh with tofu?
Yes :)
Hey, can anyone suggest a substititution for the Tempeh?
Tofu or chickpeas are great options too.
Yes tofu works as well :) you don't have to simmer it though, just marinate it (3 tbsp tamari or soy per 400g tofu) cut it in slices, place in a container together with tamari or soy sauce, give it a shake and let marinate for 5-10 minutes :) then you can bake in the oven as with the tempeh
Your channel is amazing Alexandra. Thanks for sharing, just confused why you mix WFPB with Vegan ingredients. Plant based boxed milk and tempah are still processed to keep an unnatural shelf life. Why not just stick to your healthy (unprocessed) WFPB recipes? Looking forward to those. :)
Thank you! I think we all see it differenty or have different perspectives. Tempeh in itself is fermented soy beans and not processed, usually I make it myself or buy fresh, this one was pasteurised. I also want to keep the recipes on a realistic level for most people to be able to follow along, fresh tempeh for example is not accessible to everyone or having the time to make home made plant milk. Hope you understand ☺️
