    Smashed Dill Toast (2 servings)
    230g chickpeas, drained
    1/4 red onion
    3 tbsp hummus
    2 tbsp plant milk, unsweetened
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp dried dill
    1 tsp maple syrup
    1/4 tsp salt
    Coriander Dressing
    1/2 cup cashews (boil 5 min then drain)
    1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1 handful fresh coriander
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1/4 cup water
    Creamy Pesto Pasta (4 servings)
    4 tbsp dry roasted pine nuts (or sunflower seeds)
    230g cannellini or white beans, drained
    1/2 cup plant milk, unsweetened
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 cup fresh basil
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    300g dry whole wheat pasta
    Mushroom Hamburger Patties (4 servings)
    1/2 yellow onion
    1 garlic clove
    230g chickpeas, drained
    1 cup rolled oats
    100g mushrooms
    2 tbsp hempseeds
    2 tbsp tamari
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tbsp almond butter or peanut
    1 tsp cumin, ground
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
    Oven: 35 minutes on 180C/360F
    Ranch Dressing
    1/2 cup cashews (boil 5 min then drain)
    1/3 cup plant milk, unsweetened
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tbsp maple
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tbsp fresh chives (to mix in with a spoon)

      Great video! I downloaded and upgraded the app and am diving in to the recipes. When you say 100g beans, drained - does this mean 100g before you drain or 100g after you drain? Thanks!

    I absolutely love how simple you make it to be plant based/ vegan ,all of your food is fully vibe colourful and full of flavour. I've went vegan in January and have done your 5 day challenge just loving this lifestyle it's helped me reduce Inflammation in my body from fibromyalgia and chronic pain disorder so lots of love from me and my fellow Australian's 🇦🇺 🥰

    You are such a good cook. I made your hummus curry dressing, and your hummus bbq dressing for my meal prep for this week and it was delicious. Thanks so much for sharing.     I am so obsessed with your videos...ive always been very over weight but I never really ate a lot so I had a lot of frustration and shame knowing people think i eat like crap just Bc im fat - then a few weeks ago I came across your page and to be honest you get me so excited about eating healthy. I feel great, my skin looks great and I don't care what people think of me because I know what I'm putting into my body is clean and nourishing... thankyou so much and I want to go get the app asap! 🥰😍🥰

    I made the hummus toast for lunch today (1pm) and despite only eating an apple since breakfast at 0730am, this toast made me feel really full (I’m overweight so only eating an apple between meals is a big step forward for me). I also made the curry you have on another video and with 1/2 Swede, 1 sweet potato, 1 regular potato and 1 cup of lentils as the main ingredients, I filled my family of four for 2 nights. What a cheap eat!! Thank you so much.

    Can I ask which model Vitamix you have? Mine is almost 10years old and doesn’t cope making nut butter. Yours seems to do it effortlessly.
