Troy Bilt 30cc 4-Cycle Gas Trimmer ~ Impropper Fuel

Troy Bilt 30cc 4-cycle gas trimmer performance with improper low Octane Fuel containing 10% Ethanol + Sta-bil Ethanol Fuel Treatment. Listen to the RPM of the trimmer. I rev it up high, but just as soon as I go to cut, it bogs down and lags for several seconds. I barely touch the grass and the rpm's fall harshly. Then I hold the throttle down and play with it until it revs up again. Some times this can take 2 seconds some times its more like 5 minutes. I tried using the proper 100% fuel and this trimmer runs grate now a days. This just proves that using the wrong fuel defiantly isn't a good idea. I actually ended up dumping all this fuel out and replacing it.

This is why I don't use E10 gas in any of my equipment.

i think the carb needs to be adjusted.
