I look forward to my laundry time as well. I will make a hot cup of coffee after putting the baby down for a nap and then sit down on our floor and quietly fold laundry and pray. I'm thankful God is using you to minister to women who may just need some wisdom, advice, and ideas on how to be a Godly homemaker and stay-at-home mom. I love this!! I hated doing laundry cause we do not have a dryer. So it felt so daunting. But now I have control over it and I have started to enjoy it. One small thing I changed was getting a cute laundry basket. It made me look forward to using it and do laundry haha.

I didnt know I needed this, but wow I truly did! Im a new mom (11 month old baby) but Im in my 3rd trimester with baby #2 (due when baby #1 is 13 months) and laundry is the one chore I DREAD. I do a load or two a day too but I do it differently. I do like items together - my husband and my clothes once a week, the kids clothes about 1-2 times a week, the towels once a week, and then I do cloth diaper laundry about 3 times a week. I only do sheets once every month because it is such hard work for me to make all the beds. It helps to not have to put away laundry in several rooms. Just one place for each day.

Yes to the laundry baskets! I saw yours and thought I love the style and why not have something cute when you're doing a task you don't always love?! I have always found them at Goodwill! Very inexpensive. I recently started praying while doing the dishes or laundry, a beautiful thing to practice. Thank you for your lovely videos and I am speaking love/praying over your family ❤️

My guest bed stays covered in loads of clean laundry because i do the laundry and need somewhere to put the clean stuff so i can wash more and then never put them away until like 2 weeks later 🤦♀️ dont judge. So thank you so much for these tips. My youngest is 8 months old and in the clingy phase. He wants me to always be holding him. He hates sitting in a pack n play or walker, so he either wants me to hold him or crawl around getting into everything. So taking 5-10 min putting away one basket of clothes is more realistic than taking an hour to put away loads and loads of laundry 😅. Ugh and i LOVE the idea of praying over the clothes!!!!!!! I never thought about doing that! So amazing. Im going to do that from now on. 🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is amazing, I love this. I really need this as a SAHM of 2 and a 3rd coming. The only hurdle I need to figure out is that I live in a 2 bedroom small apartment and we have to pay $3 for a wash and a dry down the hallway. We bought a portable washer for cloth diapers and can do other clothes too but it’s constantly filling it up and emptying it and takes all day. If anyone reads my comment and has suggestions people tell me! I’m striving to be a better mother and homemaker.

I have decided to wash all my clothes this weekend and only use my small laundry basket.. I have spent years without a washer and dryer at my home. I have to go to laundromats or families house to do it. I will be so incredibly grateful when I get to wash my clothes at home and be able to do laundry every day so I don’t have piles of laundry to take to and from the laundromat. What some people see as a daily burden , I see as a blessing to be able to do it daily at your own house.
These little things have been making a world of difference in my life! Thank you for teaching me to keep my mind on the Lord in these last few months You have been looking more and more beautiful 😌
I used to be like the worst with laundry with piles I needed to put away everywhere. Then last year we moved somewhere where we're just here for a year and the place we're renting has the laundry in the kitchen so i can always see it. Because of that as soon as we moved in I started a "1 laundry basket for everything and do a load every time its full" this is usually 1 a day and it has literally changed my life!!!!!

Loved this video! We just moved out of an apartment into a house. We had to use the laundromat at our apartment- which meant walking our clothes to the machines and paying to wash the clothes. The machines often didn't work either! Now we have a washer and dryer in our home, and it is such a blessing! I've had one in a previous house before, and it can be easy to take it for granted. Now I thank God often for these washer and dryer ❤

I do a load or two a day too but I do it differently. I do like items together - my husband and my clothes once a week, the kids clothes about 1-2 times a week, the towels once a week, and then I do cloth diaper laundry about 3 times a week. I only do sheets once every month because it is such hard work for me to make all the beds.
It helps to not have to put away laundry in several rooms. Just one place for each day.

Yes to the laundry baskets! I saw yours and thought I love the style and why not have something cute when you're doing a task you don't always love?! I have always found them at Goodwill! Very inexpensive. I recently started praying while doing the dishes or laundry, a beautiful thing to practice. Thank you for your lovely videos and I am speaking love/praying over your family ❤️

My guest bed stays covered in loads of clean laundry because i do the laundry and need somewhere to put the clean stuff so i can wash more and then never put them away until like 2 weeks later 🤦♀️ dont judge.
So thank you so much for these tips. My youngest is 8 months old and in the clingy phase. He wants me to always be holding him. He hates sitting in a pack n play or walker, so he either wants me to hold him or crawl around getting into everything. So taking 5-10 min putting away one basket of clothes is more realistic than taking an hour to put away loads and loads of laundry 😅.

This is amazing, I love this. I really need this as a SAHM of 2 and a 3rd coming. The only hurdle I need to figure out is that I live in a 2 bedroom small apartment and we have to pay $3 for a wash and a dry down the hallway. We bought a portable washer for cloth diapers and can do other clothes too but it’s constantly filling it up and emptying it and takes all day. If anyone reads my comment and has suggestions people tell me! I’m striving to be a better mother and homemaker.

I have spent years without a washer and dryer at my home. I have to go to laundromats or families house to do it. I will be so incredibly grateful when I get to wash my clothes at home and be able to do laundry every day so I don’t have piles of laundry to take to and from the laundromat.
What some people see as a daily burden , I see as a blessing to be able to do it daily at your own house.

I used to be like the worst with laundry with piles I needed to put away everywhere. Then last year we moved somewhere where we're just here for a year and the place we're renting has the laundry in the kitchen so i can always see it. Because of that as soon as we moved in I started a "1 laundry basket for everything and do a load every time its full" this is usually 1 a day and it has literally changed my life!!!!!
I put this one (while folding laundry) and my three year old little boy said "Oh, she's so beautiful!"
This is TRULY what I needed to hear. I find myself getting so discouraged doing mundane tasks as a new mom and frequently am easily frustrated. Thank you for always sharing what the Lord is doing in your home with us ❤️

We just moved out of an apartment into a house. We had to use the laundromat at our apartment- which meant walking our clothes to the machines and paying to wash the clothes. The machines often didn't work either!
Now we have a washer and dryer in our home, and it is such a blessing!
I've had one in a previous house before, and it can be easy to take it for granted. Now I thank God often for these washer and dryer ❤

Our washing machine is not automatic, so I rinse the clothes myself. I agree with you about having a set schedule! I used to dislike doing our laundry but I enjoy it now. This is such a fun video and you're glowing Milena 😊!!
