May God bless you. As a Muslim woman I love to wear long skirts. Simplicity is lovely, and I love good quality pieces with some floral patterns for example sometimes.
Simplicity is lovely, and I love wearing modest dresses, skirts, and shirts. However, I don't believe that wearing something flashy is the same as idolatry. I don't believe I am idolizing pearls and silk and expensive garment by wearing them to church. In fact, I see it as a way to worship the Lord further by dressing up before I enter His house; by saving my nice things for Him - and not wearing my dirty or torn or stained simple clothes that I wear daily for the purposes of homemaking, cooking, cleaning, caring for my children and pets, tending the livestock and garden. My simple clothes are for those things and errands. My fancy clothes are for church and date nights and the occasional special event only.
True beauty of woman is to fill the God's will of her feminine way of being . I live in catholic Poland but most women don't see anything special in modesty fashion style😭
