Fun Choreographed Wedding Dance | Bride & Groom Perform Self Taught First Dance

Ashleigh & Hayden surprised their wedding guests with a fun choreographed first dance routine to I Don't Want to Miss a Thing by Boyce Avenue.
This energetic couple put their own spin on the song with a fun, self-taught choreography full of unexpected delights - from playful dips and twirls to a crowd-pleasing lift.
They didn't want to feel like "two awkward high school kids swaying back and forth." So they found inspiration online and gained the confidence to go with an easy, DIY approach.
"We actually only put it together and learned it about a week before the wedding and put aside about an hour each night to try some moves and try out the dance. It was really a trial and error with what moves we liked and if it fit with our song."
"We didn’t put too much pressure on ourselves to have a big choreographed dance, we just wanted a few moves throughout the song, which I think helped a lot, so we were able to have fun while practicing."
