The onions weren't overpowering coz they are soaked in a mix of lukewarm water, vinegar and a little bit of sugar for a couple of hours then strained and served. Mostly eaten with the food as a salad. We call it sirka (vinegar) pyaaz (onion). Love your videos ❤️❤️.
People in Indian prefer Rumali Roti over normal one especially when they are having non-veg food because it is very light easy to role and enough space in belly to eat more meat.

The thin rotis are called rumali roti translates to handkerchief (rumali) bread (roti). Fennel helps in digestion as well as acts as a breadth cleanser.

Love your vlogs , they are very informative. Another excellent rooftop restaurant in Jaipur is the Peacock part of the Pearl Palace Hotel. You have to book even if you are a guest as it is so popular. The Pearl Palace is a very cheap boutique hotel. Each room is different with Indian themes and rooftop restaurant has animal chairs. The Sikh guy who runs it is amazing. Doesn’t look much from the outside.

Big hotels have expensive routers to throttle internet bandwidth by user.
Smaller hotels just have a wifi routers without nifty features so they can't throttle. So, your speed mostly dependents on how heavily others in the hotel are using.
