Just swapped mine. Gen1 lowers, uniball uppers, gen2 struts and rear axle, KHC buckets. Rides great and looks good. Just need to get the fenders and bedsides on.
Looking good! I swapped my 2011 Ecoboost a few months ago. It’s a process, stick with it. I was lucky, mine came apart pretty easy even with 200k on it. I have about 8 hours total into the whole thing. Torque everything to spec especially the front lower shock bolt. That sucker is tight, the spec is 406 ft-lbs but some guys go higher. I torqued mine closer to 420
