    I am a Can Am owner and love the style of the gold wheels! One of if not the best looking wheels out there. I tried finding some like it but failed.

      Yes I loved the look of the gold wheels too but did not like everything else about 14” square setup so had to give it up.

    WOW! I super appreciate this video. Was thinking of getting the XTR and then putting 12" rims/tires (with bighorns or clones) on it, because I want comfort. Now I think I'll just get a base grizzly and add a winch. I was already debating what would I do with those extra wheels/tires. having to switch the brake rotor protector is a dealbreaker. Hell, thinking of just saving all the monies and going kodiak base.

    I have a 2019 Grizzly with the 27in Zillas. They are offset... not square. I love it for around my property. We took our four wheelers to Windrock Park. It did great and it was a great place.

      @@patriotsyndicate9532 technically it is a misnomer since a "square setup" actually creates an offset where the front end becomes wider than the rear. On a standard "staggered" setup , the tires and wheels are different widths but aligned even front to rear from the outside edges.

  • @8FunGuy8

    I like it. I was looking at the same tires for my kodiak. I was torn between getting the 26x11x12 vs 26x12x12 for the rear.

    Black wheels look much better. Wish I would have done the exact set up to mine. I just swapped out my tires for 26 inch bighorns But on 14 inch rims. The rims that came with my special edition were black and looked great. Would have preferred 12 inch wheels though.

    Would really like to see an update video. That is, how do you like your new tire setup? This is exactly what I was wanting to do. I'm hoping you say ride quality is VERY improved. Also, haven't bought a machine yet....now that your kodiak and grizzly have the same tire setup, can you compare the ride quality? Preferably with 4 lbs of air in the tires and on fast bumpy trails, as that is where I plan to ride. Thanks and enjoy!

    I have a 2023 Grizzly 700 that came stock with 27x10-14s all the way around , Thinking about getting a new set of tires but keeping the same 14 inch rims , I wanna downsize tires size though from 27 to 26 so should i get 26x10-14s in the rear and maybe 26x9-14s in the front? Whats the benefit of having a smaller tire on the front? thanks

      @urbanacres7189  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes oem 12” are different width front and rear. I like the narrow wheels and tires in the front for better handling and lighter feel to the steering. More tire choices.

    Going to do this to my 2019 SE with the factory 14" wheels. Wanting to run some smaller tires on 12" rims. Partzilla shows the same part number for the rings for all four wheels, left, right, front rear. Same number as he shows in the video; I looked it up to see if perhaps there was a different one for left/right/front/rear. BB5-F514A-00-00

    • @urbanacres7189

      As the videos states for my needs I did not like the XTR factory setup. I know several other people who do. Try putting this setup and see what a night and day difference it makes it feels your Grizzly is much more nimble and has lot more power.
      Also I like less wheel and more rubber for off-road comfortable ride. 14” rims are too wide and not a lot of good tire selection. Zillas are terrible tires on hard packed and tar roads.

    • @urbanacres7189

      @@urbanacres7189 the reason why I ask about the felt power is because I just barely traded in a 2017 grizzly that had the 708 motor for a new 2023 grizzly xtr that has the 14" zillas and the 686 motor. The top end power and spirited trail riding is definitely not as good as with my 708 i had on 26" maxxis bighorns just like the setup you have... just was wondering if its the 686 motor that just has less top end power and slightly less performance than the 708 or if it's the heavy tires on the new xtr that make it feel that way... either way I'm missing those 26" bighorns I once had and was wondering if it was worth going back to that setup

      @@urbanacres7189they actually would have still fit just fine if you had it. Went with a 14 inch version. The slightly now our rim is not going to make that much of a difference. Perfect. Example is people buying aftermarket rims. They're all the exact same offset yet they still go with the staggered setup. There's no difference.
