Ben Cathro has been a regular on the UK and global race scene for a while now, but he has never raced on home soil while also trying to juggle the responsibilities of being a team manager. It’s so cool to get an inside view on how a DH team works. It’s also so cool to see how big of a deal the podium was for Ami, when you see people like Greg Minaar or Pierron win you don’t think much of the mental battle they go through but now I have a better understanding of what it’s like for these developing riders. Thanks for the video Ben!

The quality of work on these... obviously you can't plan race results and the behavior of the team members but the work of camera crew and the editing team is mind blowing. Best story telling in the game right here.

Perspective changes a lot when you are mentoring youth as you yourself get older.
Having to balance developing their performance with them still being kids and also the fact that you are responsible for their well being in a high-risk sport. That has to weigh on Ben and co., but it is worth it when they accomplish something amazing like that!

I was going to watch this in the background while working but I can't, its too good. I'm glad this is on youtube but its not a "youtube video", its a top level documentary series. I'm sure it could be edited into a much longer format for other mediums, I hope it eventually makes sense to do that!
