    Hi, i have now fulda 165/65 on pepper pots, myp gearbox, and struts kw suspension. Engine still oem amf type with no upgrates. Car weights about 1150kg becouse i ad alu butyl mats around hole car. Much better for a daily. Avg have 4.2l but when traveling to germany for work from Poland to Leipzig, im getting around 3-3.5/100km. Around 80-95 perform the best till 2100 rpm depends but it feels underpowered. Looking foward for some litres...

    did you try different softwere versions for consumption?

      I have run my own ecu programs since ~2016. Over 6000km of software testing in the 1.4tdi alone.

      can you share what is the best approach in edc15 eco tuning? n75, soi? doi? I want to do my ibiza 6l 1.9 tdi to consume less fuel on cruising 1800-2200 rpm range. thanks!

      First you need to adjust engine torsion value for lowest consumption. 1.9tdi it should be 0.4 to 0.5l/h. After that the tuning can start otherwise you need to all tests again. Smoke map afr limitation is in Maps 19 at the moment. So you need air but not too much. Optimum varies between rpm and iq levels.
      Soi depends on your fuel quality little bit. It gets better power until you reach certain level.
      For testing 15mq flat out map needs to be made. Normal map otherwise but when floored it gives constant 15mg. That's about 100km/h

      One change at a time. So like first soi +2, then +2 and when gets worse then - 1 and so on. This to all iq levels. Then rinse and repeat. To to find better settings for each value. Some have huge impacts to low end torgue. Measure time for certain distance. I drive little bit hilly route some settings work well on downhills some on uphills. Its a average performance gain what I have set mine.
