Isn't It funny how both sonic movies came out on VERY IMPORTANT days, sonic movie 1 came out on valentines day, sonic movie 2 came out on April fools day, and now its coming out on the 20th of December, just 5 days before Christmas, I guess you could say its an early Christmas present
Also isn't funny how in the first movie eggman said he'd be back before Christmas and sonic movie 3's release date is 5 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS?!

Honestly the main parts I were imagining were the character arcs.
Shadow would go through the same arc we all know and love, while Robotnik might have some kind of arc related to his family? Or maybe not.
I was thinking for Sonic, Sonic would go through a character arc of learning how to empathize and never give up. Like Shadow is going to seriously beat down Sonic multiple times and Sonic has to learn to pick himself up (with help from his friends and family) and fight back stronger.
For Tails, it's about him gaining confidence, like in SA1 and maybe even SA2 of learning not to depend on Sonic. Same with Amy.
For Knuckles, I was actually thinking his arc would tie in with Rouge's. Knuckles flaw is that he's a hothead while Rouge's flaw is that she's selfish and only cares about the Emeralds. (She would have no ties to earth after all. She's not from Earth)
But then, at the end. Rouge is about to steal the emeralds and fly away, dooming Earth to destruction, but Knuckles stops her and instead of fighting. He actually talks her down into helping to save Earth.

It was done in the game, although I imagine a few tweaks to the story would be changed to be its own thing.

@@MrC_316 the biolizard was the prototype of the ultimate lifeform that Professor Gerald created. But it didn't get him anywhere. It was only after making contact with Black Doom and striking a deal with him that Project Shadow truly reached its end goal: The Ultimate Lifeform.
Shadow the Hedgehog was the true fruit of the project that the Professor was looking for.

So just ad a lot of Hollywood actors to voice these, and maybe 2 or 3 more voice to play others.

okay so the movie 3 is more than likely going in a Adventure 1 and 2 direction. Being that adventure 2 was Shadow's first appearance we may see Rouge. And IF eggman is really dead Metal Sonic, Agent Stone or even E-123 Omega could replace him. Amy is more than likely gonna be featured and maybe... Since people confuse her for an echidna more lore could explore about Amy's parents being a hedgehog and an echidna. Big can be a silly fun easter egg as he appeared in both adventures, just with 2 he wasnt playable. Maybe even Tikal and Chaos can be in this movie? But in the Knuckles series the chaotix are more than likely going to be in it. We even have proof of them existing in a movie 2 comic book

For some reason, I'm kinda rooting for black doom to be added because he is shadow's father and a pretty damn intimidating villain. Actually one of my favorite obscure sonic characters because of his overall design, connection to shadow and that kickass voice. Dudes scary though, so it might be too much, but mephiles the dark, chaos, iblis, and dark Gaia exist and they're pretty damn scary too. Heck even metal sonic can be terrifying.
