✓ Welcome to Cheese Heaven!!! Because in this video we visit the UK's first Cheese Wheel stall, they're serving up freshly hand rolled fettuccine pasta, smothered with divine home style sauces and..........here's the best bit: tossed in a massive Cheese Wheel........that right a MASSIVE 40 Kilogram Ball of Grana Pagano Parmesan Cheese Cove.
Fettuccine Alfredo or (fettuccine al burro) is a pasta dish made from fettuccine ribbons tossed with Parmesan cheese and butter, just as the cheese melts, it emulsifies the liquids to form an intensely cheesy, smooth and rich coating on to the pasta.
The homemade signature White Wine Cream Sauce here is flavoured with Parmesan, Garlic and Fresh Chives.
The Vegetarian and (non veg) toppings offered are:
* Wild Mushroom Sauté.
* Basil Pesto and Semi Sun Dried Tomato.
* Smoked Pancetta (Crispy Bacon).
* Smoked + Cured Pork & Leek Italian Sausage.
* Truffle Carpaccio.
* Prawns.
They hand make the pasta while you wait - there is no secret to the recipe and preparation because everything is hand made in full view of you while you wait.
You can call it delicious restaurant quality food; but at very affordable Indian street food prices!!!

The Cheese Wheel is located in the West Yard of Camden Lock Market; in the KERB Street Food Market section area right next to the scenic Regents Canal.

I've never tasted pasta in my life because I want to eat it in Italy. The thing served in India is a sham in the name of pasta. I will soon do it once I come to Italy.

I'm Italian, believe me, fettuccine alla Alfredo is an American recipe. Here in Italy we don't know who is this Alfredo 😂😂
And, you are wrong. You eat fettuccine al burro. Fettuccine Alfredo is a more decadent version created by Alfredo di Lelio in Rome in the early 20th Century. Adding bechamel and garlic is a perversion and unnecessary, as AAA butter or butter with a touch of heavy cream is rich and flavorful enough.
I choose cooking school as address here in italy and pasta all'alfredo exists, it consists in pasta with peas, cubed cured ham and cream, at least this they teached me

I'm Italian and I want to say that that pasta seem very good BUT in Italy we don't eat it, rather if you ask to an Italian what Fettuccine Alfredo is he will don't know the answer 😂 because here in Italy we normally eat spaghetti or penne with parmigiano butter or oliv oil 😊👍

Amazing. I love to see simple food cooked with fresh ingredients & to perfection. These 2 work extremely clean which I absolutely love. I have had pasta done in a cheese wheel many times & I have also cooked it. I would love to know what they do with the Bain Marie of scraps essentially. It’s perfectly delicious homemade pasta. Do they make something with it, eat it themselves, or give it to the homeless?
