You might not have noticed in your excitement (I didn't at first!), but the script on the walls in Solution Nine is the Proto-Alphabet, which is the same alphabet the ancient civilization used. :)

I don't think there's any shot of Solution 9 being Allagan. Besides it being high tech, none of the architecture matches at all. We also don't think the Allagans ever conquered the new world, based on existing lore. I think we're looking at a different civ entirely here.
Either that or another Shard or different planet.
Some have pointed out that the text in Solution 9 seems to be written in the "Proto-Alphabet", the written language of the pre-Sundering world.
If I’m honest, it looks far more advanced than Allagan technology.
@acgearsandarms1343 I don't think it looks more advanced at all, Allagans had crazy stuff, way, way beyond anything we have today. I think it's just that it looks close to real life 21st century architecture, and people are confusing "similar to us in a hundred years" with "more advanced."
@@normalmighty Fair enough. I’ll save my assessment until we see more of Solution Nine’s technology. However I will say the Allagans, while impressive, aren’t the most advanced civilization we came across so far. As for the aesthetic look of Allagan tech, yeah, Solution Nine looks better visually.
15:33 Green Mage isn't a healer, the only time it's been a playable job to my knowledge was tactics advance 2 where the required job WAS white mage to unlock it, but green magicks specifically are about buffing and debuffing. I think their best stat is even magic attack in that game, but green magic itself isn't healing magic. That was the issue of it being green mage in 14, none of their spells were specifically healing, while buffing and especially debuffing has been heavily trimmed out of 14's combat over the years.
And FFXII had the green magic spell licenses which, again, were all about buffs and debuffs like slow/haste.
I think it's a stretch to hear them say that Pictomancer can buff and assume it's gonna be like dancer. Obviously we don't know so I'm looking forward to seeing what actually ends up panning out. It not having a res and them saying it's not a support job to me says it's probably just going to be 1 buff like embolden or searing light instead of dancer like buffs. We'll see though! The wait for the job actions trailer is gonna be pain.

It’s not gonna be like the other casters. Not having a res gives it a chance to have more utility. It’s more than likely gonna be the bard of casters. Not dancer.

Green Mage isn't a healer. Green Mage focuses on buffing to do BIG DAMAGE. They are not known for being good at White Magic or healing anything.
Like to help you imagine Green Mage, look at Gaia. She's the closest thing to a green mage FF14 has ever seen. She buffs then smash with her hammer.

Yeah but it comes in pairs. UWU + UCoB is ARR, TEA + DSR is HW and we only have TOP that is Stormblood. So logically we should've had The Four Lords to complete the pair so that is why everyone, including me, says they are not going in order and skipping to Shadowbringers Eden.
