When you fall out of track and out of your routine, you feel like it's so difficult to get back to it. Let's say you try to do so... you find yourself failing everytime!! That's because we tend to look at other people's routine and make it ours... that can't waork and it won't work. We need to create our own definition of productivity to be able to feel good in ourselves and stop beating ourselves up because we don't meet the requirements that someone else created for themselves.
