the small disc is a 45 rpm adapter so you can play older 45 rpm singles that have the lager center hole
Good choice. Best out there as a starter table. Good sound and worth in time maybe getting the Edifier Bluetooth speakers, 1280db. Very good price if you want. What you have sounds more than fine. You’ll have a great time with it. It’s a straightforward set up, CZcams have all the set up vids you need. Happy listening. 😊
That little disc is an adapter for seven inch 45 rpm records, the small ones that only have one song per side.
Great video and maybe the best entry level turntable. One thing tho.When you put the rubber belt on to the motor it accidentally got twisted just as you removed the red tape. You might wanna fix it so the belt won't get damaged. Don't know if it will affect the speed because if the resistance when it is twisted

Did you ever get a pair of speakers? If not look into the Edifier rt 1700 those are wonderful and will work well with your turntable... Use the rca cables that came with the turntable for the best results.... Good luck and enjoy.
That small black plastic disc, is for playing smaller, 45, or 78 rpm singles.

Have you tried connecting the turntable to wireless earbuds? Do you have volume control with your JBL speaker or earbuds (if you ever connected them)?
Nice vid and good choice kiddo. I'm a vinyl newbie too I paired this turntable with Micca pbmx42 powered speakers and the sound is very good certainly way better than streaming YTmusic through my Vizio soundbar.
So, it's been about a year since you made this vid, how is the turntable holding up?
How are you enjoying your record player so far? Music sounds so much better on a record player than on a CD or cassette

How were you able to connect your JBL Flip 5 speaker to your turntable cuz I tried to do it with mine and it wouldn’t work
Just press the Bluetooth button on the speaker and it should connect just make sure that no other device is connected
@@leidyyyhm I tried doing that I pressed the Bluetooth button on the speaker and made sure that nothing was connected to it but it didn’t do anything. I’m gonna get some new speakers
I’m glad you didn’t get a suitcase or all in one record players made by Crosley and Victrola which are trash

Is the audio with the bluetooth the same as the sound with an ampli?
Grobbi Yeah it is the same as with an amplifier also it comes with RCA cables so you can hook it up to powered speakers
