  • In this video we look at how to integrate Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft OneNote to improve your productivity and workflow.
Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft Outlook are two powerful tools that can help you organize your work and personal life. OneNote is a digital notebook that lets you capture, store, and share notes, images, web pages, and more. Outlook is an email and calendar app that helps you communicate, schedule, and manage tasks. By integrating OneNote and Outlook, you can enjoy the benefits of both apps and streamline your workflow. Here are some ways you can integrate OneNote and Outlook:
    - Send notes from OneNote to Outlook as emails. You can use this feature to share your notes with others, or to create reminders for yourself. To do this, open the note you want to send, click the Home tab, and then click Email Page.
    - Create Outlook tasks from OneNote. You can use this feature to turn your notes into actionable items that you can track in Outlook. To do this, select the text you want to make into a task, right-click it, and then click Outlook Tasks. You can then choose a due date and priority for the task.
    - Link notes to Outlook events. You can use this feature to associate your notes with specific meetings or appointments in Outlook. This way, you can easily access relevant information before, during, or after the event. To do this, open the note you want to link, click the Insert tab, and then click Meeting Details. You can then choose an event from your Outlook calendar to link to the note.

Useful video, thanks. Beginning at 4:17, that box to the left of "Aldo Losurdo (Meeting Organizer)" is a tickbox. One will appear with each participant so you can record attendance. You don't need to add a tickbox, as at 4:43.
