- Jordanish Torres-Garcia told detectives he was paid $1,500 to deliver Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas to another person. He's accused of kidnapping the woman at a Winter Springs intersection with an AR-15 in his hand.

$1500?! to murder someone and throw the rest of your life away?
It just said to "deliver"... I think that was the $1500...but that was even a dumb move😒. It sounds like they delivered her to someone and that person set the car on fire to me.. and now these guys are taking the fall( being out on traffic cameras an all😑)🤔
No. He was just paid to kidnap her. He handed her off to someone else 30 mins after taking her.
Personally I think he killed her and is trying to come up with a story to not get charged with murder but just kidnapping.

And now we know why her husband and brother are no longer cooperating. They know more and the husband’s story is not adding up. Who else know her location at the time, even when the green car started following her… the same husband who didn’t bother to call police for hours after, the police had to contact him!
The husband Miguel and brother Luis are getting charged soon. They are cowards, they were drug dealing and they used her as a mule. she doesn't look street smart and was not, otherwise she take a gun and a male with her.
This is the most ridiculous lie ever told. It makes no sense what so ever. A random stranger just picks this weirdo and happens to be given a gun, a phone call and a death to carry out, thirty minutes before the incident. Any lawyer or Judge who buys this story should be put in jail with the freak.
Now I want to know who paid him to deliver the girl. Also, I want to know who he delivered her to. The plot thickens.

It does not add up. Every person involved this seems tangled in criminal activities. From the victim, the hasband, the brother, the dutpty....no one called police. Strangers did.

And, if Jordan purchased the car and the car is towed... How does the tow truck driver get killed on 4/10/24 with the same gun (kind of obvious why) that was "handed to him" (Jordan) on 4/11/24 to carjack Katherine. And, when exactly would Jordan hand it back to someone to use on Katherine - within an ~ hour? Just after Katherine was "delivered".
No wonder sheriff feels comfortable stating suspects are ... lying. (Sounds like ... very easily could be.)
But, still ... also stated/reported Katherine may have drove up to meet Geovanny.
Jordan "claims' someone from Cassleberry paid him $1,500 to deliver Katherine. (Jordan and his gf are from Cassleberry.) But, that's not where vehicle & Katherine were found.
Did Jordan & Kevo know to interrupt a delivery to Geovanny ... or did Geovanny involve Jordan & Kevo in "something" ... with or without (the 2) knowing the motive.
Who allegedly paid Jordan $1,500? Geovanny?

Never mind why would the husband be (considered) now not cooperating?! One would think he would be estatic and forever grateful ... nearly solved in under 2 weeks with multiple arrests of "bad" guys. Many families never see that type of response or resolution.
Mixed feelings if he's not ... does he know why his wife was driving to deliver money (or drugs) to Giovanny? Allegedly per Giovanny. Does the husband know why his wife was shot/car burned? Does he know who would have allegedly paid Jordan? And, why? Or, does he believe Jordan & Kevo made that decision on their own? (Perhaps nothing to do with Giovanny & Katherine.)
Not sure when green acura was "returned" or to whom. But, killing the tow truck driver on ... 4/10/24 for no rational/valid reason seems highly suspicious.
May first need to ask who shot the tow truck driver (and Katherine)? If not Jordan.
And, Kevo borrowed a red car when the green accura was parked ... (after the kidnapping - inferred).
Giovanny and his gf were arrested on unrelated charges.
No one has claimed to be the "shooter" or setting car on fire. I'm sure someone collected evidence off the ground.
Jordan purchased the car (for someone who couldn't speak English well). Jordan is seen holding the gun during a brazen carjacking and kidnapping. (Kevo may have wanted/needed a car?) And, Jordan mentions Castleberry. (Allegedly paid/hired to "deliver" Katherine.) He didn't give up a name? Didn't show co-conspirator. Charged with kidnapping that ended in murder.
Why was "someone" from Cassleberry willing to pay Jordan $1,500 to "deliver" Katherine but, Katherine never made it to Cassleberry. AND, Giovanny admitted to expecting Katherine on 4/11/24 - and (he) lives in Cassleberry. (And, tells this to the brother; in a video call.)
Was Jordan actually paid $1,500 AND handed a gun?
Seems a little shady ... because of similar ammo at 2 separate crime scenes ... and dark green car seen at both. (As Jordan helped someone buy the green car. Or, vice versa.)
And, had Katherine already traveled to Cassleberry? Earlier that day ... Or ever before? Had she ever had contact with Giovanny before? Was Katherine "helping a friend" as Giovanny admitted? (What was that about?)
Idk if I believe him, he could be trying to distance himself from the murder itself. They'll be able to tell from surveillance video along the route.
