Poland 🇵🇱 🇵🇱 was absolute winner 🏆 in 1994. Beautiful 🎵 song, melody and ,above all ,the amazing voice of this beautiful young Lady. I still remember this performance.
My conspiracy theory about 1994 is that Ireland deliberately picked a song they thought would lose so they wouldn't have to host, but they failed miserably. You can't convince me otherwise.
Allegedly, Charlie McGettigan had been on the selection committee for Eurosong 1993... and had rejected Rock and Roll Kids... but the following year he was asked to sing it... and thought... why not... and it won the whole thing!
