The fact that they caused food poisoning, then admitted it on facebook, THEN charged her for the medical, ridiculous, should have been giving the treatment out for that for free considering they caused it.
did they admit it?
If they admitted fault then they can get sued by each individual affected and have no case against it. Also, their business would get shut down immediately due to poor food handling.

I decided to go to nova rock festival in Austria instead of DL this year for the first time in 15 years and I don’t regret my decision. Best festival I have ever been too. Half the price, better lineup, better facilities, no crazy walk, far better organised. I highly recommend if you fancy a change next year. It makes me wonder where Download spend all the money!
For some reason any German speaking place I’ve been to for a festival is absolutely fantastic. They don’t put up with price gouging so it’s not even tried.
I see they had fun at download, but honestly doesn’t make me want to go even a little 😂muddy wet and food poisoning, no ta lol

They are the one the customer is buying from, they are the one you have the sale agreement with and it doesn't matter who their suppliers are. If they want restitution from their suppliers then they have to take action themselves against that company.

Ur videos always help fill the void i have now since ive become a young carer so ive had to give up the joy of festivals. I know ur not biggest fans of edm but id recommend brutalismus 3000 if they ever on a festival u go to because very unique and insane in edm genre:)

Completely agree about the festival this year, best download in recent memory; cracking lineup, lots of little additions to the arena for inbetween bands, and it felt like the doghouse was better than ever. A muddy festival is a proper festival. Been to many muddy ones, but nothing will ever compare to global Gathering 2007, the only festival in the country that didn’t get cancelled that weekend. Rip global Gathering (best festival ever)
