Movements look good and I like the fact that you
made a point that the thumb is in the middle of the chest for the front rack.
Instead of the lateral swings I would suggest figure 8’s
Or add the figure 8’s in at the end
Always afraid of hurting myself w kettle bells. Espec my back

How much weight would you recommend to someone who's in relatively good shape for these exercises?
