    Justin good
    Movements look good and I like the fact that you
    made a point that the thumb is in the middle of the chest for the front rack.
    Instead of the lateral swings I would suggest figure 8’s
    Or add the figure 8’s in at the end

      I was too so I took the time to nail down the mechanics of it into muscle memory before I swung a KB.. check out Zack Henderson his content helped me get started
