What I like about Scott Lynn is his honesty and the fact that he says human beings are messy and how they use the ground varies from person to person and with a single person swing to swing and day to day. You can see he is learning as he goes along and is honest about it, a lot of golf science is a black art and players generate speed differently and the science can help give clues on how to increase speed but it clear to me that the human intuition of a great player is a big factor in being able to do this. What Justin said about players should be able to bring their own ball to a long drive event makes complete sense especially if the really high club head speed guys are not seeing a benefit from the extra club head speed they have.

I love the BYOB concept...bring your own ball as compression for different swing speeds would be an interesting dynamic. Sponsorship dynamics would have to change before this could happen.
