She really needs rehab and thorough counselling. She is still grieving her late baby. You can tell that when she lost her baby she did not get any support, all she got from that family and the community was blame and shaming. She may be wrong but that was not her intention to harm the baby.

She now presents with long term effects of drug use such as slurred speech resulting from delayed brain function. This is rather sad considering it is drug induced. I am very worried about the long term effect of drug use coupled by a poor economy. Our country's future is in serious trouble.....
